This is starting to look interesting. Not sure if it’ll be as good as the book, though. Question is, do I go see it on the big screen or wait for the DVD?

Another of Card’s books that I thought was quite good and helpful is his How to Write Science Fiction & Fantasy. I read it a few years ago. I liked it a lot at the time:

I know there have been some issues with Card’s political views. I’m not entirely sure what the extent of these views are, but like my actors, I like my writers gossip free which means I’m only interested in their art. I find life vastly simpler this way.
