You've probably heard about this article over at Huffington Post or maybe you've read it already. It's creating quite the buzz. Essentially the writer of the article, an author herself, feels that because J.K Rowling is such a huge success and if she truly loves writing, she should retire so other writers can take a … Continue reading RE: If JK Rowling Cares About Writing, She Should Stop Doing It

Prepare yourself for discussions about the craft itself as well as the business of writing. The latter is becoming super important. I’m especially looking forward to hearing more about writing serials and writing fast (I think they go hand in hand), and Barry Eisler’s and Joe Konrath’s take on how to stand out in the pile.
I’m Looking forward to meeting other writers and share talks about this great thing we love to do and I hope to see you guys there.

Publishing circles were apparently abuzz with the news (and again, I can't believe I missed … Continue reading Merger stuns world of popular fiction | Lawrence Block
As promised, here is the final cover for the second book in the Guardians of the Seals series, and it won’t be called The Worthless One, as previously indicated. Nope. As the story evolved so did the players and as they evolved so did my research, and what I discovered blew my mind away. But that is … Continue reading Cover Reveal: The Morrigan
My first entry for 2014 and it's long overdue. I've been so inundated with daddy chores I scarcely had time to complete the editing on the second book. It continues to float in purgatory while being ravaged endlessly by revisions. But there's news. A splinter of light is piercing the dark of the tunnel. Being … Continue reading In Which I Humbly Stand Before You, Hat in Hand…
